This link which provides detailed property information is available for a minuscule fee. The company is only suggested; therefore you are free to view other title insurers on the internet. If you find information that is different from what is being displayed please click on the report abuse button on the user's profile, with a detailed explanation of the user's conduct for our review.

Each real estate agent encouraged to provide accurate information. As a preventive measure we have added a link to a third party page, in which users can verify license information. Users are also encouraged to create search inquiries for licensed professionals on our site. Accepting or Requesting Assistance
Home Owner
When requesting assistance, you are showing that you are interested in a particular service provider's assistance. This feature is to be used after you have viewed or acknowledged the service provider’s services, fees and what to expect as their client. It is important to do your Due diligence when selecting a Service Provider as it transfers your property under their list of holdings which will be displayed in their "My Properties” section. This allows the service provider to actively take control of your property which may include but not limited to: Scheduling Open Houses, accepting and negotiating bids on your behalf, answering questions about the property other users may have and more.
1. Can I cancel my partnership, if I change my mind?
You may cancel your partnership agreement, but it is important to note any cancellation fees or any consequences that may arise from the cancellation. Every partnership is on a contractual basis. It is to be treated as a "real" contract for both parties evolved. Every consequence differs for breech of contracts for every Service Provider. Having a written agreement from the service provider is recommended. This agreement may contain language that may be unfamiliar; in that event, it is advised to seek legal advice prior to engaging in a contractual relationship on HomeLeafs.com. HomeLeafs may be the primary vehicle in your relationship but does not offer any guarantee or any warranty of any sort for services provided by Service Providers on HomeLeafs.com. HomeLeafs has provided you with a list of tools to make the best of your experience on HomeLeafs.com.
2. Am I required to accept a request for assistance?
No. Accepting requests from Service Providers is a decision that is up to you. There should never be an event in which you are forced, threatened, or feel obligated to enter a partnership with a Service Provider.
If you feel the service provider is the right person for you, than accepting the request may also work in your favor.
3. If I cancel my agreement/partnership, will I receive all emails/inquiries that other users had for my property?
No. By accepting the partnership, you are waiving your activities on HomeLeafs.com. The service provider than becomes your agent in finding the best solution that fits your needs. All previous emails remain intact. After a partnership/agreement is canceled your emails will resume to your private inbox.
4. What happens to my ownership or title when I become a client?
When you become a client, you still remain the owner of the property. At no time, HomeLeafs encourages you to transfer a deed, or sign any ownership over without legal representation in response to the actual agreement and not of a result to your situation.
On HomeLeafs your property may appear in your Service Providers list of "My Properties" however this is for representation purposes only. If you feel the service provider is conducting misleading activities or what seems as fraudulent activities, it is advised to report the user for abuse. Or send an email to our fraudulent department with a brief description of the service providers’ activities.
5. Where can I obtain the Service Providers Terms, Contracts & Fees etc?
You can request this information from their profile page. You may contact the Service Provider via email or their office contact information.
6. I accepted a partnership, but the service provider uses another name when assisting me, is this normal?
Homeowners are strongly encouraged to only deal with the Service Provider's whom's name appear on their profile. All agents are encouraged to provide their real name and business information. Any contact by a representative who's name does not reflect their profile name is a sign of fraudulent or HomeLeafs Abuse. Please report any suspicious activities to HomeLeafs through our "Report Abuse" link which is located under the profile image.
7. I got a few offers from lending officers, how do I determine whom to work with?
When determining which lender to go with, it is important to visit their branch, and obtain your offer in writing. HomeLeafs do not encourage homeowners to discuss personal information over the phone with anyone that claims to be a representative of ANY Service Provider found on HomeLeafs.com. HomeLeafs services act online directories of local assistance allowing homeowners to build a list of service providers that can provide assistance.
It is also encouraged that you view all documents before signing and have some legal or unbiased assistance when making your final decision.

8. I believe someone that may be conducting fraudulent activities has contacted me. Should I contact the local law enforcements?
We encourage all users to report any suspicious activities to your local authorities. By doing so you not only help us create a safer environment, but also discourages use of illegal real estate practices.

Service Providers
1. When requesting a partnership, how can I provide my contract for homeowners to review and sign?
You may provide a detailed description of your services, terms and condition, contracts and list of fees through the homeowner’s personal email as an attachment or in person.
2. If my client and I would like to cancel our partnership, does this affect my monthly limit?
Limit reflects how many partnerships can exist at the same time. If you cancel a partnership this allows you to create another partnership.
3. How do I know when I should make a relationship with a potential client exclusive (partnership)?
After reviewing a potential clients situation and have contacted the homeowner on and off HomeLeafs website, you may request a partnership based on your ability to further assist the homeowner. It is important to know what the client needs in comparison to what you can offer.
4. Why is there a limit to how many homeowners I can partner?
We limited the number of partnerships to allow service providers to carefully pick their clients based on their ability to help. This also allows other service providers to offer assistance creating an environment in which users are not abusing the system, while simultaneously providing a more natural response to homeowner’s situation.
If you are a part of an organization, your partners must register on HomeLeafs website. All homeowners are encouraged to only work with a single service provider, whose name must match the service provider's profile.
5. What should I expect when I form a partnership with a homeowner?
When a homeowner has accepted your request to provide assistance, their property shows in your list of properties. All email inquiries of the property will come to your HomeLeafs email address. All bid negotiations, open house schedules, inquiries will become your responsibility on and off HomeLeafs website. It is strongly suggested to provide all contracts, terms, and what they homeowner should expect as your client, as well as any other necessary forms prior to a homeowner accepting your offer for assistance.
6. Can my colleagues take control of my partnerships?
It is encouraged that all service providers create their own profile. All communication and offers are exclusive to the homeowner and registered agents whose name is listed on their profile.
7. If I reach my limit in partnerships, can I still work with Homeowners?
Yes. Partnerships allows you to have exclusive privileges with a homeowners property. You can still provide assistance to homeowners seeking assistance without entering in a partnership.
Auction
1. When is the best time to place my property in auction?
Placing a property through auction should be based on the volume of attention your property receives or the amount of investors in your area. The best way to use this tool is to wait until you receive an offer that may be appealing to you. Placing the property in auction is your way of getting the best offer for your property.
2. Can I remove my property from auction once it has been opened?
No. You cannot remove your property from an auction once you have activated the feature. Every bid is considered a legal binding between both parties. By placing your property in the auction you are inviting legal bids for your property.
3. My auction has been completed, and I am asked to provide a key. Where can I locate this key, and what is it used for?
After an auction, you will be provided with a computer-generated key. This key will be sent to your personal email account. This key is to be provided to the winning bidder in person AFTER your initial in-person meeting. The key is designed to ensure that both parties have met and have agreed to certain terms before the property is transferred on HomeLeafs website. Transferring property on HomeLeafs does not reflect any legal changes in deeds. To transfer titles, ownership etc, this must be done in your local county office or you may request legal assistance to ensure you are protected from any fraudulent activities. After an auction is won, you will be redirected to a list of service providers that may provide further assistance in the transferring of ownership.
